I would like to add that I am upset about AOL -BV systemic elemination of smart, thinking blacks.
Now to the point, I remember seeing black home owners in Bladwin Hills area of L.A. (A wealthy black area)-and how so many smart blacks were falling for scams being run by Asians and the local black Protestant church groups. The black church teamed up with some Asian con-artist and they got black home owners to take out H.E.L.O.C. (Home Equity Lines of Credit) loans on their homes-and then they skipped out of town. This is common in L.A.'s black communities. They do not read and trust everyone around-as long as it is a white or asian person doing the scam-blacks trust them.
